Hydrographic data stakeholders are invited to get together at the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) technical committee meeting in Washington, DC on Thursday March 10th to discuss the merits of forming a "Maritime Domain Working Group". The idea for this group is to discuss interoperability between hydrographic data standards such as S-100, Seabed Survey Data Models (SSDM) and the OGC and ISO standards in an effort to better facilitate hydrography’s role in Spatial Data Infrastructure. This is an important opportunity and CARIS will be attending, hope to see you there.
