We are improving the way you access your annual license string for CARIS software. In addition to the current method of receiving license strings by email, we’ve made it possible to obtain your license file from the Online Customer Service (OCS) website.

Previously license strings were available from the OCS but they needed to be manually pasted into the license utility. We’ve simplified the process by placing the CLF files directly on the website, which can be downloaded and your key updated by double clicking on the saved file.

To access your annual license file, login to the Online Customer Services and click on the Licenses button on the left hand side.
