About the Author
Muhammad Erffan bin Yusof is a naval officer and a junior hydrographer in the Royal Malaysian Navy. He’s certified IHO Cat B from HMAS PENGUIN, Australia in 2016. He studied Maritime Technology at National Defence University of Malaysia (2007-2011). Muhammad plans to further his studies in IHO Cat A and purse an LLM in Maritime Law.
About the Image
Image shows unique and eye-catching formations of undersea features. At first glance, the image may be interpreted as “tree roots”. An interesting example of unique seabed formations, this data was collected with a Reson Seabat 7125 and processed in HIPS and SIPS.
