HIPS and SIPS Professional 11.0

This comprehensive training session focuses on leading sonar data processing, visualization, quality control, and product creation techniques using the newest version of HIPS and SIPS Professional. The course will cover the latest technology available, ensuring participants learn best practices in process efficiency. This will include usability improvements, new automatic boresight calibration, as well as efficient process automation by using the new process designer.

This course is suitable for new HIPS and HIPS users who want to learn how to use the software correctly and efficiently. It is also applicable for experienced users who want to learn about the new tools in the latest version and improve processing workflows.
NOTE: A basic understanding of hydrographic/topographic data and the use of computers is assumed for all course attendees. No previous experience in HIPS and SIPS is required.
The training will be held at the Department of Transport and Main Roads, Maritime Safety Queensland office, located at Floor 11 - 61 Mary Street, Brisbane, CBD, QLD, Australia. The training facility is equipped with individual workstations to ensure that every course participant receives a full hands-on experience during the course.
